• Experience: 10 to 15 years of primary lead-chair commercial litigation experience.

• Track Record: Proven history of taking and defending crucial depositions arguing dispositive motions and trying cases to verdict.

• Texas Bar: Active in good standing license to practice law in Texas.

• Standards: Exceptional legal drafting sharp strategic judgment and zero tolerance for missed deadlines or unvetted work product.
