Senior Chiller Technician — Worcester, MA

A national provider of temporary and portable HVAC and chiller solutions is hiring a Senior Chiller Technician to service troubleshoot and repair large-tonnage cooling equipment in the field. This is a hands-on repair-focused role for a technician who can diagnose and fix chillers not just run preventative maintenance.

• Troubleshoot diagnose and repair large-tonnage chillers and HVAC equipment in the field
• Perform startups shutdowns and load-based performance checks
• Respond to service calls and resolve issues to root cause with minimal downtime
• Read and interpret schematics electrical diagrams and control sequences
• Document work accurately and communicate clearly with the customer and dispatch

• 57 years of hands-on experience with large-tonnage HVAC and chiller equipment
• Proven experience troubleshooting AND repairing chillers not just preventative maintenance
• Strong electrical refrigeration and controls diagnostic skills
• EPA Universal certification
• Valid drivers license and clean-to-acceptable MVR
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen

Location: Worcester MA Pay: $35$56 / hour (DOE) Experience: 57 years
