AutoShop Recruiting has partnered with a growing highly rated independent automotive repair shop in Wylie Texas seeking an experienced Senior Automotive Service Advisor who can increase sales strengthen customer confidence and lead by example.

What Youll Do

• Guide customers from vehicle intake through final delivery
• Present inspection findings and repair recommendations confidently
• Sell ethically while improving ARO gross profit and customer retention
• Maintain consistent communication throughout the repair process
• Build accurate estimates and coordinate parts labor and workflow
• Participate in vehicle walkarounds and Rack Attack processes
• Follow up on declined work and future maintenance needs
• Work closely with technicians to keep vehicles moving efficiently

What You Bring

• Proven success as an automotive service advisor in a full-service repair shop
• Strong sales closing and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of repair estimating parts sourcing and shop workflow
• Confidence handling high-value repair recommendations
• Tekmetric experience preferred
• Accountability urgency and a team-first attitude

Saturday availability is preferred with a weekday off to maintain a five-day schedule.
