In this role you will support Pfizers biotherapeutics portfolio contributing to support of analytical testing to support process development of antibodydrug conjugates (ADCs) and monoclonal antibodies (mAbs).
How You Will Achieve It
In this role you will:
Support Pfizers biotherapeutics portfolio contributing to support of analytical testing to support process development of antibodydrug conjugates (ADCs) and monoclonal antibodies (mAbs)
Follow procedures with general instructions and work under moderate supervision with regular review
Perform routine testing of in-process samples pre-formal stability support and automation development
Support process development activities
Compile data prepare presentations and support lab automation initiatives
Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelors degree with 3 years experience OR Masters degree with 0 years
Experience with analytical techniques (UPLC CGE icIEF)
Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
Effective communication and teamwork
Proficiency in using scientific software and the Microsoft Office Suite
Hands-on lab experience
Strong background in experimental design and result interpretation
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in using personal computers for word processing Excel PowerPoint and scientific software
Nice-to-Have
Prior experience with in-process analytical support for ADC or mAbs
Experience with techniques such as SE-UPLC icIEF CGE Mass Spectrometry
Familiarity with liquid handling robotics systems (Tecan Hamilton)
Experience with mass spectrometry software (Byosphere Byos Xcalibur)
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience using common AI tools including generative technologies suchas ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot to support problem solving and enhance
