The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in sales or partner operations anda track recordof supporting complex program execution managing stakeholder communications and contributing to data-driven operational improvements.
Location:Remote Austin preferred (aligned to PST/EST time zones)

Responsibilities
Support end-to-end execution of advertising partner investment and incentive programs ensuring alignment with GTM timelines and deliverables
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering Legal Marketing Sales Partnerships) to support program execution and readiness
Track project deliverablesidentifyrisks and escalate issues as needed to ensuretimelyresolution and successful outcomes
Manage inbound ticketing partner incentive requests and escalations from internal and external stakeholders ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up
Collaborate with technical teams to support system enhancements including participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation of new features
Develop andmaintainprogram documentation reporting and collateral to support internal alignment and external partner communications
Analyze operational data toidentifytrends surface insights and contribute recommendations to improve program performance and efficiency
Support process improvement initiatives byidentifyinginefficiencies and contributing to automation and system enhancement efforts
Internal Responsibilities
Attend regular internal practice community meetings
Collaborate with youritDpractice team on industry thought leadership
Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs media material)
Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice
Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)
Work with leadership on career development opportunities
Required Qualifications and Skills
5 years of experience in Project Management Sales Operations or Partner Operations within a technology environment
Experience supporting cross-functional programs and coordinating multiple workstreams across business and technical teams
Strong project coordination skills including tracking deliverables managing risks and supporting issue resolution
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) including deal tracking lead/opportunity management and partner workflows
Experience managing or supporting technical support cases and navigating system/process issues
Experience supporting GTM launches or operational program rollouts
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to identify trends and inform recommendations
Advancedproficiencyin Excel or Google Sheets and experience building reports or dashboards
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Experience with deal registration programs partner incentives or sales operations functions
Familiarity with enterprise sales processes including partner-led and direct sales motions
Experience working in large-scale global or matrixed organizations
Exposure to Deal Desk incentives programs or sales process optimization
Experience collaborating with Engineering Product or Data teams on system enhancements
Education
Bachelors degree in Business Technology or a related field required.
