Were on a mission to improve healthcare for humanity and our aim to impact 100 million patients isnt just a number. Our culture is purposeful in pursuit of it: everyone here gets the opportunity to do the best work of their lives alongside the best teammates and have fun achieving great things together.
Healthcare AI is crowded with companies that automate one workflow well. Notable is the platform underneath all of them heres what that means for you.
Youll build on nine years of earned trust. Weve been delivering real outcomes in healthcare since before this was a category. Youll walk into rooms with executives who already believe us and spend your time on hard product problems instead of re-litigating whether AI belongs.
Youll have the deepest library of proven AI workflows in healthcare to build on. Registration and intake referral management care gap outreach prior authorization contact center denials live and producing outcomes today. Whatever you ship compounds on top of all of it.
Youll help re-skill a generation of healthcare workers. Health systems own teams build and ship AI agents on Notable were turning schedulers analysts and operations leads into people who deploy AI systems for a living a career path nobody else in healthcare is offering them.
Youll work with genuinely modern tooling. Flow AI brings the Claude Code and Codex UX to healthcare workflows backed by our own MCP server. Describe what you want and steer an agent to discover build and monitor flows instead of painfully wiring up every step by hand.
Youll own an area not a backlog. Our PM team is intentionally lean and stays that way by design. Youll own a major surface of the product end to end set its direction and carry the outcome. There are no feature PMs here.
Today the executives and operators who sponsor and run Notables workflows cant easily see whats live what its delivering or what they should do next. There is no product there yet. Youll define it from a blank page the first hypotheses the intelligence layer underneath and the growth motion it unlocks.
Set the strategy from scratch. Your users are the COOs VPs of patient access revenue cycle leaders and contact center directors who sponsor Notable and live with the results. You decide what they need to see understand and act on and you own the surface where they do it. Think rapid experimentation and hypothesis-driven approach.
Be in the room. This role is customer-facing by design and customers are your primary instrument for testing what you believe. Youll sit with executive sponsors and operators build real relationships with the people running these operations and turn what you hear directly into the next experiment. If you want to build from a backlog this isnt the job.
Make the complex easy. Build experiences that pull non-technical operators in and make them stick. Easy onboarding clear next steps and a product that makes people feel capable instead of confused aimed at people whose day job is running a clinics front desk not evaluating software.
Define the proactive intelligence layer. Notable already sees outcomes transcripts extractions failure modes and cost per run across every customer. Turning that into agents that tell an operator something true useful and safe to act on without leaking data between tenants is almost entirely undefined. Youll shape that knowledge base and the agents on top of it alongside the agentic platform team starting from first principles.
Invent the product-led growth motion. Partner deeply with Customer Success and GTM to turn usage and outcomes into expansion. Instrument it run experiments and growth-hack your way from a services-led motion to a self-serve one.
Because this is a 0 1 early success is measured in learning velocity and late success is measured in dollars. Both count.
You carry a number: expansion-driven utilization growth across the deployed base.
Executives and operators log into Notable on their own because it tells them something they cant get anywhere else.
Expansion conversations start in the product not in a quarterly business review deck.
Customer maturity runs as product not as a spreadsheet and a CSMs calendar.
5 years building products for operators who own business outcomes including at least one thing you took from nothing to something real. Youve owned a surface where non-technical users go to understand whats happening and decide what to do about it.
Youre hypothesis-driven by instinct not by process. You state what you believe before you build you know what evidence would falsify it and youve changed your mind in public more than once. You can tell us about a bet you killed and why that was the right call.
You prototype rather than specify. Your default response to an unresolved question is to build a rough version of the answer and put it in front of someone this week. Youre fluent enough with modern AI tooling that this is a matter of hours not a request to engineering.
Consumer-grade craft on a B2B product. B2B bones consumer mindset. This is enterprise software with everything that implies multi-tenant permissioned audited sold to a health system rolled out to hundreds of staff who didnt choose it. None of that excuses how it feels to use. You hold enterprise software to the standard of a product people pick up on their own and you make complex technical systems feel effortless to someone who didnt build them and doesnt want to think about how they work.
You want to be in front of customers. You build relationships with executives youre energized by the room rather than drained by it and youd rather hear it firsthand than read someone elses summary.
Technical range in both directions. You can hold your own in an architecture debate with staff engineers then explain the tradeoff and its impact to a non-technical executive in two sentences. Both halves matter equally.
A bias toward getting it done. You move through ambiguity using judgment and evidence rather than waiting for a complete brief and youd rather ship something real and learn from it than write another doc.
Healthcare industry experience especially with operational staff as end users
Product-led growth experience in an enterprise or vertical SaaS context
Experience with outcome measurement benchmarking ROI/value realization customer health or executive business review workflows
Comfort reasoning about usage metering and unit economics (m3ter Metronome Orb Stripe Billing)
Product analytics and instrumentation background
