Zions Bank is excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Administrative Assistant based in Boise Idaho. This role will provide key support to the Director of Sales as well as the Regional Director of Corporate Banking. Role Description:

  • Perform a variety of high-value administrative and staff support services to leadership.
  • Manage complex calendars meeting logistics and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare agendas presentation materials and correspondence.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings client events and team functions.
  • Support expense reporting budget tracking and department records.
  • Gather analyze and distribute weekly and ad hoc reports aimed at driving the business forward.
  • Assist with internal documentation vendor coordination and internal approval processes.
  • Support sales and marketing material creation onboarding activities and team training initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison with internal and external partners regarding operational personnel facilities and purchasing matters.
  • Support special projects strategic initiatives and process improvement efforts designed to enhance team effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • 8 years of administrative executive support or related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of administrative processes and business operations; banking experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including experience preparing reports and summarizing data.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with SharePoint Salesforce and other business systems preferred.
  • Ability to work independently exercise sound judgment and anticipate leadership needs.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and identifying process efficiencies.
