Job Description

• Own monthly quarterly and annual GAAP financial reporting for a portfolio of commercial real estate assets
• Maintain general ledger activity including journal entries account reconciliations and consolidations
• Assist with SEC filings and public company reporting requirements
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including third-party property managers and auditors

Qualifications

• CPA preferred
• Relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency with property accounting systems (Yardi preferred)
• Strong Excel and financial reporting system knowledge (e.g. Workiva Oracle etc.)
