About the Role:

As a Senior Account Executive (SAE) at GLOBO youll join the New Business Sales Team in pursuit of our mission of Helping people communicate when it matters most. You will bring competitive and innovative tactics to acquire New Logo and Enterprise Level customers and capitalize on sales potential.


Primary responsibilities include prospecting effective execution of solution demonstrations preparing and presenting profitable pricing proposals and meticulous management of CRM best practices and GLOBOs Sales Process. An SAE needs to be a coachable sales professional and leader able to work closely with the Director of Sales and demonstrate a can-do attitude as you attack each day focused on exceeding your Weekly Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).



Responsibilities:

  • Source your own Direct Sales New Logo Deals
  • Develop and maintain GPO Channel Sales and Direct End User customer relationships.
  • Achieve at minimum an OTE (on-target earnings) New Business Sales Quota as determined by management
  • Position the value of GLOBOs service offerings to large and strategic accounts businesses
  • Develop a deep understanding of GLOBO our capabilities and the language services industry
  • Educate and guide prospects through the buyers journey to help them learn how GLOBO can grow their business
  • Manage a true and robust pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify engage and develop relationships with potential buyers
  • Qualify prospects business goals to determine if GLOBO can be a strategic investment for their business growth all through consistent application of our Winning By Design Sales processes.
  • Maintaining an active presence on Linkedin including doing the following on a weekly basis by 1) posting 5 articles where they include a summary of the so what of the article and use hashtags and tag people and 2) Make at least 3 comments on things their target prospects have posted.
  • Provide meaningful input into Outbound sales proposals
  • Update and maintain Hubspot in a timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 8 to 10 years of B2B technical SaaS Enterprise Sales Experience preferably in healthcare
  • At least 3 years of the above experience must be in a Senior Account Executive role with an emphasis on hunting new logos
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint and superior knowledge of Excel
  • Experience with Google Docs and Apple/Mac Operating System preferred
  • Authorized to legally work for any employer in the United States
  • Willingness to submit to any requested background checks
  • Fluent in English
