Allied Universal is Currently Hiring a Full Time Security Officer for a Medical Company in Cambridge MA

Thursday 3 PM - 11 PM AND Friday Saturday and Sunday 700 AM - 300 PM

Starting Pay is $25.37 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training

As a Security Officerin Cambridge MA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents and support access control and badge processes. You will provide exceptional customer service communicate professionally with tenants and visitors and contribute to a welcoming environment. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors contractors and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial office laboratory-adjacent parking and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity maintenance concerns and access control issues.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor contractor and delivery authorization in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner escalating concerns through established reporting channels.
• Complete detailed activity reports incident documentation and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
