Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and staff by carrying out site-specific policies managing front desk activities and supporting security-related procedures and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor lobby and entrance activity verify visitor access issue credentials as directed and maintain accurate logs reports and front desk records.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate with building management first responders and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Answer phones greet guests provide directions and support a professional atmosphere within a commercial real estate location while helping to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Observe and report maintenance concerns unusual behavior and other security-related matters and follow post orders for escalations notifications and documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
