Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer at a healthcare location where you will welcome visitors manage access monitor activity from a stationary post and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and care. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out site-specific procedures screening and directing visitors and supporting access control activities for a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate with staff visitors and emergency contacts as needed.
• Monitor lobby activity visitor logs badges deliveries and/or incoming calls to help support a professional front desk operation and help to deter unauthorized access.
• Complete reports and document security-related incidents unusual activity and/or visitor interactions in accordance with Allied Universal and site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
