Job Summary

Summary:

Facilitates Agile development practices and ensures Scrum processes are followed. Responsibilities: Lead Scrum ceremonies remove blockers coach teams on Agile principles. Skills: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) strong communication and leadership skills.

In addition:
senior SM with Agile experience and in particular Agile transformation
PM experience so that the SM can take on PM duties and/or grow into them
healthy level of Middle and Back Office knowledge
