Purpose and Scope/General Summary:We are looking for a MasterDataCoordinator to joinusat our Corporateheadquarters in Greeley Colorado. The Master Data Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accuracy integrity and consistency of master data across key business systems. This role plays a critical part in supporting business operations by maintaining high-quality data related to customers vendors materials and products. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Create maintain and update master data records in SAP and other business systems.
• Ensure data accuracy completeness and compliance with internal standards and policies.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data standards processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Procurement Sales Finance IT etc.) to gather and validate data requirements.
• Develop a solid understanding of overall business processes to properly support key stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in SAP is preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Self-starter with excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to provide outstanding customer service.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus.
• Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
