Job Summary

Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Charlotte NC (Hybrid)

Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Reviews Retrospectives)
Partner with Product Owner on backlog refinement and prioritization
Track sprint progress and ensure timely delivery of commitments
Identify and resolve impediments impacting the team
Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement
Provide visibility through metrics such as velocity and burndown charts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Ensure alignment with organizational governance and compliance standards

Skills:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong knowledge of Scrum framework and SDLC
Experience with tools like JIRA Confluence or Azure DevOps
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Scrum certification (CSM/PSM)
Banking/financial services experience
Exposure to SAFe or enterprise Agile frameworks
