Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Charlotte NC (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Reviews Retrospectives)
- Partner with Product Owner on backlog refinement and prioritization
- Track sprint progress and ensure timely delivery of commitments
- Identify and resolve impediments impacting the team
- Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement
- Provide visibility through metrics such as velocity and burndown charts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with organizational governance and compliance standards
Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong knowledge of Scrum framework and SDLC
- Experience with tools like JIRA Confluence or Azure DevOps
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Scrum certification (CSM/PSM)
- Banking/financial services experience
- Exposure to SAFe or enterprise Agile frameworks
