The salary range for this position is $40.00-$45.00 per hour depending on experience.
- Read and interpret blueprints engineering drawings GD&T and work instructions
- Program edit and optimize CNC machine programs as needed
- Select appropriate tooling cutting speeds feeds and machining methods
- Perform precision measurements using micrometers calipers ID bore gauges and CMM equipment
- Maintain equipment through preventative maintenance
- Collaborate with quality and production teams to improve manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with CNC Production Supervisor and Management to train and mentor CNC operators
- Set up operate and maintain CNC and manual lathes mills and all other machine tools when necessary
- Strong leadership skills
- 7-10 years of machining experience
- Extensive knowledge of CNC and manual machining operations
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- CAD/CAM software experience (Mastercam or similar)
- G-Code programming and CNC controls (Fanuc Doosan Mazak etc.)
