Entegris is growing and is seeking an entry-level chemist to join the Analytical Services team in Chaska MN! You will be supporting sample prep and analyses related to incoming quality control inspection finished product testing and R&D projects.
What Youll Do:
Support laboratory operations including performing sample prep and analysis following established SOPs and safety protocols.
Operate calibrate andmaintainanalytical instrumentationspecificallyIC but potentiallyto includeGC andICP etc.
Analyze data and communicate results effectively.
Drive for continuous improvement of existing testing methods and procedures.
Continuous training on various analytical techniques and methods.
Maintain lab supplies and equipment and keep a clean and organized lab space.Properly handle samples for testing and chemical disposal.
What We Seek:
Bachelor of Science inChemistry or related field.
General lab instrument (IC GC ICP) operations and maintenance experiencea plus.
Knowledge of proper safe handling/disposal of chemicals.
Self-motivated with strong independent work skills.
Detailorientated with technical communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize as neededto meet deadlines.

Compensation: $63000-$70000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate skillset.
