School Nurse Health Room Assistant

Conestoga Valley School District is seeking a Health Room Assistant beginning in August for the 2026-2027 School Year.

The successful candidate will support our health rooms in both Smoketown and Fritz ElementarySchools.

1. Maintain student records.

2. Assist in state mandated screenings.

3. Administer first aid assessment of illness and care plans to students and staff with follow-upcare as indicated.

4. Follow school policies protocols standing orders to implement school health program.

5. Complete mandated programs and exams.

6. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by students primary care provider and

requested by parent/guardian.

Preferred Qualifications:

• LPN or RN
• CPR and First Aide Certifica
