Scan Coordinator

A Day in the Life:
As a Scan Coordinator youll be the champion of price accuracy and tag integrity ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. Youll audit prices verify shelf tags against store systems and work closely with department teams to resolve discrepancies. Youll also maintain signage and promotional accuracy troubleshoot pricing issues and support weekly ad execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving embraces technology and takes pride in creating a seamless store experience. If you love helping people have a keen eye for detail and enjoy being part of a community-focused team this is the role for you.

What you bring to the table:

• Price Integrity & Auditing Skills: Experience or ability to verify pricing accuracy and resolve discrepancies across departments.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfort using store systems scanning tools and basic computer programs (e.g. Excel email store portals).
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when updating shelf tags signage and promotional materials.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of identifying and resolving pricing issues independently and efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with department leads store leadership and vendors to ensure pricing consistency.
• Organizational Skills: Skilled at maintaining signage schedules managing tag updates and supporting weekly ad execution.
• Customer Service Orientation: Friendly and helpful attitude with a commitment to providing a positive shopping experience.
• Physical Capability: Ability to stand walk and lift up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodation while performing tagging and signage duties.
