Select Business Unit (SBU) Commercial Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Select Business Unit (SBU) Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of small business accounts providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agency operations excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-tier service.

• Salary Range: $50000 - $65000 annually
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

• Manage an assigned book of small business accounts with premiums of $25000 and under.
• Handle all aspects of account management from A-Z including quoting new and renewal business.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the best possible advice and solutions.

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of agency experience (4 years preferred).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is highly desirable.
• Education: Relevant educational background or equivalent professional experience.
