SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Workforce Planning

Responsibilities

Gather analyze and document business requirements related to HR processes.
Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business needs.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to improve system functionality and user experience.
Perform impact analysis and recommend solution designs.
Manage system integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications.
Support data migration validation and reporting activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Coordinate testing activities including Unit Testing SIT UAT and regression testing.
Support release management upgrades and quarterly SuccessFactors releases.
Create functional specifications process documentation and training materials.
Ensure compliance with data privacy security and organizational policies.
Provide end-user support and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
