Job Summary
- Understand the current business process across all regions / plants.
- Independently guide and mentor junior team members fostering their development and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Understand the functionality of current Legacy Material requirements Planning (MRP) and associated upstream and downstream systems
- Work with various stakeholders to study the transformation of current process / legacy systems to Industry best standards / technology/ systems focusing on the SAP MM modules
- Perform Requirements Gathering Business Analysis and Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Analysis to understand the as-is/to-be states and identify key functionality / process gaps
- Recommend possible technology / process solution to address gaps
- Develop roadmap / transformation map without impacting the operations
- Deploy SAP S/4 MM across various sites globally and integrate with both legacy & other best-in-breed applications
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Work closely with product owners and product anchors to establish an inclusive product roadmap for Production planning and Inventory management business transformation
- Lead the blueprinting sessions to understand the Production Planning business requirements work closely with functional and technical consultants and product owners to derive an overall solution.
- Handle the release and cutover of SAP MMP program.
- Analyze the need for customization and prioritize the RICEFW objects and size them
- Ensure the product roadmap and prioritization is aligned across other product teams
- Create functional specification Key design document prototypes or Proof-of-Concepts wherever required
- Collaborate with integration team to Integrate SAP MMP system with other supply chain downstream and up-stream system
- Have good functional knowledge on IDOCs BADI Fiori applications etc.
- Troubleshooting and resolving functional issues related to the SAP MM system.
- Collaborating with the technical team to understand and implement business requirements.
- Ensuring the system is performing optimally and securely.
Qualifications
- Requires a bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in computer science information technology or a technology related field
- Industry process knowledge solution expertise consultation skills in SAP MM modulefor at least 10 years
- Excellent understanding of the overall SAP MM solution and how it is implemented in conjunction with other components of the S/4 HANA modules like SAP Production Planning and SAP PPDS
- Good knowledge on automotive assembly and manufacturing domain with good communication skills
- Experience in SAP MM module configuration
- Experience working in SAP S4 Hana environment
- Handled / worked with global teams
- Automotive experience is preferred
- Support in an onshore/offshore model is preferred
- Respect and empathy for team members business partner and product customer
- Excellent at problem solving and prevention.
- Knowledge and practical experience of agile delivery
- Demonstrated ability to deliver product roadmap milestones
- Respect and empathy for team members business partner and product customer
- Should possess complete knowledge of every phase of SAP implementation including creation of business blueprint implementation data migration cutover and go-live
- Ability to discover what is valuable usable and feasible acting in the intersection of business technology and user experience.
- Have a strong pulse on the business / IT landscape to determine howto rigorously prioritize features to best suit the market conditions.
- Experience in Agile methodology effectively when performing all tasks.

This position is a salary grade LL6.
This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115500-$218100.
