Sample and Stability Administration Specialist I

Interpreting and entering client samples into computer system; managing large projects; maintaining client files; delivering rush samples; serving as information contact at receipt of samples in an efficient and detailed manner with a high degree of quality. Document receipt of stability samples and complete inventories. Appropriately handle documentation. Understand stability requirements protocols LIMS storage chamber conditions labeling of samples and storage positions. Review stability studies. Provide support for project managers and laboratory staff. Compose business appropriate communication (e.g. e-mail document) for client or internal use.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or college degree in related field.

Additional Information :

Position is full-time Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-5 p.m. with overtime as needed.  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Portage MI are encouraged to apply.
