Job Summary

Salesforce Technical PM

Location: Pleasanton CA - 3 Days/week to office

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design development and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.
Act as a technical lead for Salesforce development projects providing architecture and coding guidance.
Manage end-to-end project delivery including planning execution risk management and status reporting.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Perform hands-on development using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce SOQL and Salesforce APIs.
Lead technical teams conduct code reviews and enforce Salesforce development best practices.
Manage integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
Work closely with QA business analysts and product owners to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor project timelines budgets and resource allocation.
Support deployment activities using Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices.

Required Skills

8 years of Salesforce experience.
Hands-on development experience in Apex Sales Cloud
Experience leading Salesforce implementation projects.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Salesforce certifications preferred:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
- Salesforce Administrator
- Sales Cloud Consultant
