Role Overview
We are hiring a Salesforce Lead Developer with strong Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Banking domain experience along with hands-on expertise in Data 360 Agentforce (AI) and Omni-Channel.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for designing building and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise banking transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce design & development (Apex LWC APIs)
• Implement Financial Services Cloud (FSC) customer 360 onboarding KYC lending workflows
• Build unified customer data platform using Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud)
• Develop AI-powered solutions using Agentforce (Agent Builder Prompt Builder Einstein AI)
• Configure Omni-Channel routing & messaging (chat voice digital)
• Design scalable integrations & architecture across enterprise systems
• Lead code reviews and delivery execution

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on: Apex LWC Lightning Integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Mandatory
• Banking domain experience (Retail / Lending / Customer onboarding / KYC)
• Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud
• Agentforce (AI Prompt Builder Agent Builder Einstein AI)
• Omni-Channel (routing messaging queues agent capacity)

Preferred Skills

• MuleSoft / integration experience
• CI/CD tools (AutorabitCopado Gearset Jenkins)
• Salesforce security & compliance

Certifications (Preferred)

• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
• FSC Accredited Professional
• Data Cloud / AI certifications

Ideal Candidate

• FSC SME with strong development background
• Experience in banking digital transformation programs
• Proven ability to lead teams deliver hands-on solutions
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
