Essential Skills

8-10 years of experience in Salesforce software development.
Experience with Apex Flows asynchronous processing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura.
Experience with Salesforce data migration.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud Financial Cloud Marketing Cloud Partner Communities and Service Cloud.
Experience in banking and financial services with knowledge of the loan lifecycle sales and marketing processes.
Expertise in Salesforce data modeling integrations security and platform customization.
Experience reviewing code and implementing Salesforce best practices.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits Apex performance optimization Apex Guru and Scale Center.
Experience troubleshooting complex application and production issues.
Strong communication collaboration analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex Flows LWC Aura and asynchronous processes.
Develop and support integrations data migration CRMA AI CPQ and nCino solutions.
Analyze business requirements and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions within defined SLAs.
Design Salesforce data models integrations security and platform customizations.
Review code and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
Create and maintain system documentation playbooks and technical design artifacts.
Participate in requirements gathering design discussions and code reviews.
Provide production support resolve operational issues and ensure service continuity.
Troubleshoot performance issues Governor Limit exceptions and system availability problems.
Perform root cause analysis and recommend improvements for system performance and reliability.
Participate in automation and process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders cross-functional teams and global teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Lead technical discussions with internal teams third-party vendors and business users.
Track development progress provide project status updates and ensure timely delivery of quality solutions.
