Role Overview
We are hiring a Salesforce Lead Developer with strong Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Banking domain experience along with hands-on expertise in Data 360 Agentforce (AI) and Omni-Channel.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for designing building and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise banking transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Salesforce design & development (Apex LWC APIs)
Implement Financial Services Cloud (FSC) customer 360 onboarding KYC lending workflows
Build unified customer data platform using Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud)
Develop AI-powered solutions using Agentforce (Agent Builder Prompt Builder Einstein AI)
Configure Omni-Channel routing & messaging (chat voice digital)
Design scalable integrations & architecture across enterprise systems
Lead code reviews and delivery execution

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on: Apex LWC Lightning Integrations (REST/SOAP)
Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Mandatory
Banking domain experience (Retail / Lending / Customer onboarding / KYC)
Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud
Agentforce (AI Prompt Builder Agent Builder Einstein AI)
Omni-Channel (routing messaging queues agent capacity)
