Job Summary

Role Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Lead Developer with strong expertise in Apex LWC and Flows and proven experience in Copado DevOps.
Experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Salesforce solution design architecture and development
Provide hands-on expertise in:
o Apex (advanced development)
o Lightning Web Components (LWC)
o Flows (complex automation & orchestration)
Design and implement Copado-based CI/CD pipelines
Define branching strategies release governance and quality gates
Conduct DevOps assessments and recommend transformation roadmaps
Drive environment strategy deployment automation and compliance
Lead client workshops and executive presentations
Mentor teams and enforce engineering best practices

Required Skills & Experience
8 10 years in Salesforce with lead experience
Strong hands-on expertise in Apex LWC and Flows (mandatory)
2 years of Copado DevOps experience
Experience with CI/CD Git-based version control and release management
Proven experience in DevOps consulting and assessment
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and integrations
Salesforce Certification in PD2 is required.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
Salesforce certifications (Architect track preferred)
Exposure to SFDX unlocked packages and automated testing tools

Key Competencies

Strong stakeholder management and consulting mindset
Ability to balance hands-on development and architecture leadership
