Salesforce Full Stack Developer (Senior)
Senior Salesforce Full Stack Developer Location: Hartford CT (Hybrid) Duration: Long-Term Contract Interview: In-Person Only (Two in-person rounds required)

Mandatory Requirements
10 years of overall IT/Application Development experience.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Ability to attend an in-person interview.

Position Overview
The Connecticut Department of Children and Families (DCF) is seeking a Senior Salesforce Full Stack Developer to support and enhance mission-critical child welfare applications. The consultant will be responsible for maintaining existing Salesforce applications and contributing to the development of the new CT-KIND (CCWIS) platform.
This role requires a highly experienced developer who can independently drive requirements design development testing deployment and support activities while working closely with business teams technical teams and system integrators.
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex Lightning Components Lightning Pages and Visualforce.
Develop scalable and maintainable solutions following OOP principles and Salesforce best practices.
Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
Create and maintain technical design documents and system documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementation and knowledge transfer.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance when needed.
