About:
Client is seeking a Salesforce Development Lead to drive architecture design and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions within a banking environment. This role combines hands-on development solution architecture technical leadership and AI-driven innovation across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Required:
- 7 years of Salesforce development leadership experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) APIs OmniStudio and Data Cloud
- Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solution architecture experience
- Strong understanding of enterprise integrations security compliance and data modeling
- Experience with DevOps CI/CD pipelines source control and automated deployments
- Proven experience leading Salesforce implementation teams
- Experience delivering large-scale Salesforce solutions
Certifications Required:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Platform Developer II
Preferred:
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Certification
- Banking Financial Services or highly regulated industry experience
- Advanced Degree in Computer Science Engineering MIS or related field
