Team Overview

The team supports Sales by servicing larger customers and works closely with Billing Credentialing Compliance and Legal partners. Our customers are FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) - focused resellers making accuracy compliance and responsiveness critical. The team plays a key role in ensuring high quality compliant service delivery across all engagements.

This role reports directly to the Senior Manager - Sales Support Operations division. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities

  • In this role you will be responsible for developing a highly functioning support team by leading timely execution quality and accuracy of all work performed by your team.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Manage and direct the teams daytoday activities with a clear understanding of workflow management and resource allocation.
  • Spend approximately 20% of time performing similar work as those supervised.
  • Prepare midyear and endofyear reviews by analyzing productivity quality of work and departmental contributions.
  • Monitor maintain and help improve employee performance through consistent feedback and coaching.
  • Mentor and develop associates and support professional growth.
  • Assist with crossdepartmental projects to timely and successful completion.
  • Perform special projects as needed.

Required Knowledge and Experiences

  • High school diploma required; associates degree preferred
  • Prior leadership experience preferred
  • Previous sales and/or support work experience strongly desired
  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful multitask effectively and work independently
  • Strong listening and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to make independent decisions
  • Proactively generates ideas for improvement and provides recommendations to enhance processes and procedures
  • Curious mindset with a desire to understand existing perspectives and workflows
  • Strong attention to detail with analytical skills and the ability to grasp retain and apply concepts
  • Ability to prioritize work in a fastpaced environment to meet productivity standards deadlines and departmental SLEs
  • Consistently meets established productivity standards and deadlines

Required Technical Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills with Excel proficiency

Pay Scale Information:

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $62000.00 - $90000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individuals education training work experience job-related skill set location and industry knowledge as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnions annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
