ROLE SUMMARY:

The Sales Representative is responsible for supporting sales operations within a designated territory. This role focuses on visiting retail accounts building customer relationships and helping drive product sales distribution and shelf presence for the Eagle portfolio.

• Visit assigned retail accounts to increase sales volume monitor pricing and maintain shelf placement.
• Help expand shelf space and improve product positioning across the full Eagle portfolio.
• Gather market and customer information and report insights on buying trends and customer needs.
• Support the development and execution of sales strategies to help increase market share and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers by addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
• Make informed decisions on retail inventory needs based on sales history and performance data.
• Attend sales meetings to review performance discuss competition and identify areas for improvement.
• Represent Eagle at promotions events and in-store marketing activities.

Compensation:$42000 annual base salary plus eligibility for an annual Performance Incentive Program (PFP) bonus of up to $18000.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate degree and/or equivalent training and work experience in Sales or Business
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong customer service skills
