Responsibilities

  • Leverage your existing network and industry experience to originate and close new payments opportunities

  • Sell a full suite of payment processing software and value-added solutions to businesses nationwide

  • Identify pursue and close high-value merchant accounts and partnerships

  • Maintain and expand relationships with your portfolio of clients and referral partners

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through implementation and ongoing relationship management

  • Consistently exceed sales targets through strategic pipeline development and execution

  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver a seamless onboarding and client experience

  • Stay current on industry trends pricing models and competitive positioning

Experience & Requirements

  • Proven track record in merchant services payments or fintech sales

  • Demonstrated ability to generate revenue quickly with minimal ramp time

  • Existing portfolio referral network or book of business preferred

  • Strong understanding of pricing residuals and deal structuring in the payments space

  • Skilled at navigating complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals

  • Self-directed entrepreneurial and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy

  • Strong relationship builder with a consultative sales approach

Realistic Earnings Potential

  • 1st Year Total Compensation: $75000 $90000
  • 2nd Year Total Compensation: $90000 $110000
  • 3rd Year Total Compensation: $110000

This role offers uncapped earning potential through a combination of:

  • Base salary
  • Residual commissions
  • Deal bonuses

As your portfolio grows your residual income compounds over time creating meaningful long-term earning potential.

Reports to: Executive Vice President of Sales
Start date: Immediate
