Sales Representative Neurosurgical (NS)
Step into a field-based sales role focused on supporting neurosurgical procedures and helping healthcare providers evaluate innovative medical this role youll work directly with surgeons hospital teams and clinical staff across your territory providing product expertise procedural support and consultative sales solutions in fast-paced clinical environments. This is an opportunity to build a territory develop trusted customer relationships and contribute to the growth of a leading medical technology portfolio.

What You Will Do
- Drive sales performance by promoting and selling neurosurgical products across an assigned territory while meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Support product evaluations surgical procedures and clinical demonstrations in operating rooms and procedural settings.
- Educate surgeons nurses and healthcare professionals on product applications clinical data and economic value.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals health systems surgeons and key clinical stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities account expansion opportunities and territory growth initiatives.
- Track sales activity territory performance and customer engagement using approved business tools and reporting processes.
- Coordinate case coverage and provide on-site support during neurosurgical procedures.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans prioritize accounts and execute business objectives.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree and minimum 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device healthcare or consultative sales environments; OR
- Bachelors degree and experience in a customer-facing leadership military professional athletics or another high-performance environment with interest in a sales career; OR
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in outside sales business-to-business sales or territory-based selling with a history of achieving performance goals.
- Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures in clinical environments.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds in a clinical environment with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory including but not limited to customer sites healthcare facilities and business meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in medical device neurosurgical surgical healthcare or procedural sales.
- Experience supporting surgical cases product evaluations or operating room procedures.
- Experience calling on hospitals health systems surgeons and clinical teams.
- Demonstrated success achieving sales quotas territory growth or account expansion objectives.

Sales Commission only: This role is 100% commission and is eligible for bonuses benefits.
