What Youll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.

• This position requires daily visible presence in the Dallas Fort Worth market area.

What Are We Looking For

• Background in aggregates or similar (concrete ready-mix cement asphalt building materials)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.

• Competency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the aggregates industry or a related field preferred.

• Bachelors degree in business/marketing construction management or a related discipline preferred.

Physical Demands of the Job

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

• $85000-$95000 base salary and participation in our annual incentive plan.
