What Youll Do

• Work directly with homeowners throughout the Cincinnati area
• Generate leads and build customer relationships face-to-face
• Educate customers on renewable energy and enrollment options
• Guide customers through a smooth and professional enrollment process
• Manage your pipeline and work toward weekly performance goals
• Develop communication leadership and sales skills through daily coaching and mentorship

Compensation & Benefits

• Weekly pay
• Uncapped commission structure
• Average reps earn $1200$1500/week
• Top performers earn $2000$4000/week
