Description:

Were looking for a driven self-directed Independent Sales Representative to cover the Minnesota MedTech market. Minnesota is home to a dense concentration of medical device companies including many mid-size and emerging innovators who are an ideal fit for Enlil. This is an independent contractor (1099) engagement. This is a commission-only role with an industry-leading payout set your own schedule and cover your own expenses. You will be assigned a list of Named Accounts to pursue with the ability to propose additional targets for Enlils approval.
Compensation Structure:
This role offers 50% commission on net collected revenue from your closed deals one of the most competitive structures in SaaS sales. Multi-year prepaid contracts earn bonus commission of an additional 5% per year beyond year one (e.g. 52% for a two-year prepaid 55% for three years). Commissions are paid monthly on amounts collected.
Responsibilities Skills & Hands-On Experience:
  • You will identify and engage MedTech companies in your assigned territory (Minnesota).
  • Introduce them to Enlils platform run discovery and demo conversations with key decision-makers and drive deals through to close.
  • Youll maintain accurate pipeline records in our CRM and represent the Enlil brand professionally at all times.
Education & Work Experience:
  • High School Diploma (Bachelors Degree preferred i.e. Business Administration).
  • Medical device experience or domain expertise (ideal candidate has an established network within the Minnesota MedTech community) or medical device community.
  • Track record of consultative B2B sales and comfort selling software to quality regulatory or R&D stakeholders.
  • Experience with QMS PLM or compliance platforms is a strong plus.
  • Able to work independently manage your own pipeline and operate with integrity and professionalism.
