• Perform in-home plumbing assessments and present customers with service and repair options
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions upgrades or replacements
• Build rapport with customers to deliver a consultative needs-based sales experience
• Complete plumbing repairs installations and maintenance with quality craftsmanship
• Accurately prepare estimates invoices and service documentation
• Uphold company standards for punctuality professionalism and customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics

• Valid Texas Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master Plumber preferred)
• Proven experience in residential plumbing service and repair
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to present options and close service agreements
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
• Professional appearance and a positive customer-first attitude
