Position Responsibilities:

Act as Product Owner and Program Manager for Sales Operations programs. Gather and document Business Requirements and User Stories. Drive core Sales Operations processes including Territory Planning Quota Development and Sales Performance Management. Partner with Technical teams on sales operations solutions. Analyze sales processes and identify improvements. Support annual planning activities.

Position Requirements:

Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Operations or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) experience with CRM systems and sales operations tools; (2) experience implementing sales processes and procedures; and (3) experience with systems and tools for variable compensation and revenue reporting. Up to 25% domestic and international travel to perform role responsibilities may be required.
