Flight Stars is hiring a Sales Manager who can do both - close deals and lead a team. This is a player-coach role at an elite multiengine flight training center based at Falcon Field in Mesa AZ. Youll carry a personal sales target while owning the entire sales function: pipeline health CRM operations team performance and enrollment growth.

What Youll Earn
Base performance bonus: $70000$75000 annually (bonus structure)
What Youll Own
Lead the sales team to hit and exceed enrollment and revenue targets
Own GoHighLevel CRM end-to-end - workflows automation data hygiene and integrations
Define and optimize key conversion metrics across four funnel stages: lead response contacts made appointments set/shown and leads converted
Build and refine automation sequences for lead nurturing and follow-up
Coach sales reps through weekly 1:1s dashboards and the Sales Metrics Tracker
Ensure lead response times consistently under 5 minutes
Personally manage and close a pipeline of qualified flight training prospects
Analyze weekly data to identify bottlenecks and implement targeted improvements
Recruit onboard and retain high-performing sales talent
Align marketing sales finance and operations for seamless pipeline flow
Report weekly pipeline and revenue metrics directly to ownership
What the First 90 Days Look Like
Days 130: Audit the pipeline and CRM establish baseline metrics and build team relationships
Days 3160: Close the top 3 conversion gaps implement 2 improved automation sequences and build individual coaching plans for all reps
Days 6190: Pipeline is visibly healthier lead response is consistently under 5 minutes team is hitting weekly activity targets and youve personally contributed to enrolled revenue
What Were Looking For
3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
Deep experience with CRM customization automation and reporting
Proven ability to build coach and develop a high-performing sales team
Strong analytical skills - comfortable turning data into action plans
Excellent communication relationship-building and negotiation skills
High ownership mentality with a bias for execution
