Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Coaching: Actively coach a 5-person sales team providing deal inspection and high-performance feedback to maximize productivity.
Strategic Goal Setting: Create and implement aggressive measurable goals to drive both monthly and annual revenue growth.
Performance Accountability: Cultivate a winning culture by holding reps accountable to outcomes and maintaining a high standard of excellence.
Talent Acquisition: Own the on-boarding of top-performing sales talent.
Qualifications:
Experience: A proven track record of building leading and scaling winning sales teams.
Skills: Exceptional mentorship abilities; you know how to turn a good rep into a great one.
Compensation:
High-base salary of $250K plus a performance-based commission structure tied to team success.
