Sales Manager

DuPratt Ford Dixon is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to lead our new/used car sales team in Dixon CA. This role requires a passionate leader who can drive sales growth manage customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the automotive sales process and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead coach and motivate the sales team to achieve dealership goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase new/used car sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the stock department to ensure availability of vehicles.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and local regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
• Familiarity with automotive finance and leasing
• Strong background in internet lead handling.
• Vehicle ordering experience is preferred.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
