As a Sales Intern you will support our Midwest sales team in identifying new business opportunities nurturing client relationships and driving revenue growth for our paving and parking lot management services.

• Assist in prospecting and qualifying new leads across commercial and industrial markets
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals presentations and bid packages
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitive trends
• Help coordinate and attend client meetings site visits and networking events
• Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client and opportunity data
• Assist with follow-up communications and pipeline management
• Collaborate with the estimating and project management teams to ensure seamless handoffs

• Enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Business Sales Marketing or related program
• Interest in construction real estate or B2B sales environments
• Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel)
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce HubSpot or similar) is a plus
• Valid drivers license and willingness to attend local client or site visits
