What Youll Do
As a Sales Intern you will support our Midwest sales team in identifying new business opportunities nurturing client relationships and driving revenue growth for our paving and parking lot management services.
- Assist in prospecting and qualifying new leads across commercial and industrial markets
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals presentations and bid packages
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitive trends
- Help coordinate and attend client meetings site visits and networking events
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client and opportunity data
- Assist with follow-up communications and pipeline management
- Collaborate with the estimating and project management teams to ensure seamless handoffs
What Youll Bring
- Enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Business Sales Marketing or related program
- Interest in construction real estate or B2B sales environments
- Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel)
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce HubSpot or similar) is a plus
- Valid drivers license and willingness to attend local client or site visits
