What Youll Do

As a Sales Executive you will:

• Drive revenue by building and nurturing relationships with dispensaries retailers and key accounts across California.
• Represent Naturas portfolio of high-demand cannabis brands with a focus on Sluggers.
• Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to exceed monthly quarterly and annual targets.
• Identify pursue and close new business opportunities while managing your existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment brand representation and customer satisfaction.
• Stay ahead of industry trends competitor activity and evolving customer preferences.
• Represent Natura at trade shows events and industry networking opportunities.

Who You Are

• Proven cannabis industry sales experience with active retail relationships in California.
• Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets - ideally managing $300K$1M in revenue.
• A natural closer with exceptional negotiation presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated aggressive and hungry to grow your territory and book of business.
• Knowledgeable about the cannabis market product trends and consumer behavior.
• Collaborative and able to work across teams while owning your revenue goals.
• Passionate about cannabis and ready to represent a brand that sells itself.

Compensation & Perks

• Base Salary: $70000 - $80000 DOE
• High-earning commission structure - the harder you hustle the more you make.

• Reports to: Sales Leadership
• Supervisory Responsibilities: May include managing junior sales staff in the future.
• Environment: On-site Sacramento office; regular exposure to raw cannabis flower and products.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to talk hear stand walk handle products and engage in dynamic sales activities.
