Job Summary
Venture Home is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Consultant to join our team in-office in Stamford CT! This is not a customer service role it is a sales positionfocused on outbound performance and closing deals. If you are a persistent communicator with a closer mentality we want to hear from you.
We are looking for people who have experience selling and closing deals over the phone. As a Sales Development Representative you will be responsible for calling and educating homeowners on the benefits of solar qualifying them and scheduling free consultations for the outside sales team.
Only candidates possessing the following requirements will be contacted:
- Minimum 12 years of outbound calling or inside sales experience.
- Strong computer literacy with a strong preference for Salesforce or CRM experience.
- Exceptional communication skills with a confident persuasive closing style.
- Must be locally based or able to commute to our Stamford CT office daily (no relocation assistance).

Compensation:
Hourly Commissions
$65000 $70000 OTE (Base Uncapped Commission)
