About the Role
Venture Home is seeking a highly motivatedSales Development Consultantto join our team in-office in Stamford CT!Improve your career progression with immediate pathways to increased earning is not a customer service role it is a sales positionfocused on outbound performance and closing you are a persistent communicator with a closer mentality we want to hear from you.
We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with customers over the phone building rapport and driving results! As a Sales Development Consultant you will be responsible for calling and educating homeowners on the benefits of solar qualifying them and scheduling free consultations for the outside sales team.
Preferred candidates with:
- Minimum 12 years of outbound calling or inside sales experience.
- Strong computer literacy with a strong preference for Salesforce or CRM experience.
- Exceptional communication skills with a confident persuasive closing style.
- Must be able to commute to our Stamford CT office daily (no relocation assistance)
Job type: Full-time
Compensation:
Hourly Commissions
$65000 $70000 OTE (Base Uncapped Commission)
