The Sales Development Representative is the front door of Infinite Capitals sales engine. This person works a high volume of inbound leads roughly 50 fresh leads per day called up to three times each for about 150 dials daily with the single goal of qualifying prospects and booking strategy calls for the firms Infinite Banking Practitioners. The role is built around speed-to-lead disciplined follow-up and clean handoffs; the SDR does not close but the quality of every closers day depends on the quality of the appointments this person sets.
Infinite Capital helps families and business owners become their own bankers through whole-life and infinite-banking strategies working as a non-captive agency across multiple carriers. The SDR is the first voice a prospect hears so this person carries the brand: clear confident professional on the phone and quick on their feet. Success is measured simply calls made appointments set prospects seen and dollars produced downstream.
This is an entry-level sales seat with a real career path. New hires come on as SDRs within the Employee Maturity Model and grow into Career Agent and producer roles as they prove out their activity and earn production. The firm covers the cost of nothing on the license but provides scripts training in-house case management and a structured daily rhythm to set the right people up to win fast.
Responsibilities
Contact inbound leads quickly and professionally to maximize speed-to-lead and engagement.
Work an assigned book of roughly 50 leads per day calling each up to three times (150 dials/day) with leads rotated so follow-up stays consistent.
Run qualification conversations to confirm prospects meet Infinite Capitals criteria income level liquidity and wealth-building activity.
Identify each prospects primary financial motivation and surface it before handoff.
Book qualified prospects into strategy calls with Infinite Banking Practitioners using the company calendar system.
Execute the companys multi-touch follow-up and nurture sequence to lift appointment show rates.
Follow provided call scripts and frameworks; reset no-shows rather than letting them drop.
Keep accurate organized records of every interaction in the CRM (Go High Level) and dialer.
Hand off qualified prospects cleanly to the assigned Sales Manager and pod the SDR role is all handoffs.
Hit daily activity targets: 150 calls and at least 3 set appointments per day.
Participate in daily 8:3010:00 AM pre-game/sales meetings and 5:005:30 PM post-game huddles.
Continuously improve through coaching recorded call reviews and skill development.

Prior sales or business development experience (strongly preferred).
Customer-service background is acceptable if the candidate is articulate smooth and clearly trainable.
Experience with CRMs dialers or inside-sales environments (Go High Level a plus).
An existing Florida 2-15 license already in hand.
Bachelors degree (preferred not required; high school diploma or equivalent is the baseline).
Field Requirements
This is an in-office phone-intensive role. Expect extended periods of seated sustained calling on a laptop and headset throughout the day requiring concentration vocal stamina and mental focus. Professional business attire and proper hygiene are expected in the office. Saturday morning film/training sessions are available (in person or live-streamed) for those who want to accelerate.

Compensation & Benefits
OTE: $4000/month draw against commission ($48000 annualized) plus uncapped commission on production.
