Arganteal is seeking an Inside Sales Representative whose primary focus is leveraging AI-powered prospecting and research tools to identify engage and qualify opportunities within Fortune 1000 enterprise IT and DevOps organizations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology automation and AI-enabled sales execution. You will be responsible for using advanced AI tools to uncover the right accounts right personas and right moments to engage then converting that intelligence into high-quality pipeline for the sales team.

You will be responsible for using advanced AI tools to uncover the right accounts right personas and right moments to engage then converting that intelligence into high-quality pipeline for the sales team.
Core Focus: AI-Driven Prospecting
This role is not traditional cold calling. Success depends on your ability to:
- Use AI prospecting tools to identify enterprise accounts aligned with Arganteals automation use cases
- Surface key contacts across DevOps Platform Engineering Infrastructure Network Cloud and Security teams
- Analyze organizational structures technology stacks modernization initiatives and automation maturity
- Personalize outreach at scale using AI-assisted research and messaging
Key Responsibilities
AI-Powered Account & Contact Discovery
- Leverage AI-driven tools to:
- Identify Fortune 1000 accounts undergoing IT modernization automation or DevOps transformation
- Map buying committees and uncover technical and economic decision-makers
- Detect signals related to infrastructure refreshes cloud migration DevOps adoption or compliance initiatives
- Execute targeted outbound outreach across email LinkedIn and phone
- Articulate Arganteals value around:
- Automation-driven infrastructure deployment
- Standardized repeatable IT methodologies
- Reduced complexity risk and cost in enterprise environments
- Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify fit timing and business impact
- Schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives and technical leaders
- Partner closely with Arganteal Sales & Technical Leadership to align on account strategy and messaging
- Work with Marketing to refine AI-driven campaigns and test new prospecting approaches
- Maintain accurate CRM records activity tracking and pipeline metrics
Required Qualifications
- 25 years of experience in Inside Sales SDR or BDR roles preferably selling into enterprise IT
- Demonstrated experience using AI-powered sales or prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo Clay 6sense Sales Navigator or similar platforms for account research targeting and personalized outreach.
- Comfort engaging technical audiences including:
- DevOps
- Infrastructure / Network Engineering
- Platform & Cloud Engineering
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT concepts such as automation DevOps pipelines infrastructure deployment and compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling:
- IT automation platforms
- DevOps or infrastructure tools
- Cloud networking or security solutions
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce HubSpot Sales Navigator Outreach or similar
- Ability to interpret technical signals and translate them into relevant business conversations
- Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward efficiency and scale
