Job Summary
Job Title: Associate Growth Merchant Lead (Sales Development)
Location : (Tyler TX or Shreveport LA)
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect engage and acquire new restaurant partners within assigned territories.
- Present the value of partnering with client and negotiate partnership agreements.
- Manage a high-volume transactional sales cycle with a focus on rapid deal closure.
- Travel to emerging markets primarily rural and underserved areas to expand clients footprint.
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager to execute territory growth strategies.
- Utilize sales tools market insights and partnership resources to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management.
Qualifications
- 2.5 years of sales experience in a closing role or related sales environment.
- Strong ability to manage both inside and outside sales activities.
- Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Comfortable with frequent travel including occasional overnight stays.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of successful SMB sales experience.
- Experience selling to restaurants hospitality food & beverage or related industries.
- Experience working in a field sales environment with face-to-face customer interactions.
