Job Summary

Job Title: Associate Growth Merchant Lead (Sales Development)

Location : (Tyler TX or Shreveport LA)

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect engage and acquire new restaurant partners within assigned territories.
  • Present the value of partnering with client and negotiate partnership agreements.
  • Manage a high-volume transactional sales cycle with a focus on rapid deal closure.
  • Travel to emerging markets primarily rural and underserved areas to expand clients footprint.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager to execute territory growth strategies.
  • Utilize sales tools market insights and partnership resources to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management.

Qualifications

  • 2.5 years of sales experience in a closing role or related sales environment.
  • Strong ability to manage both inside and outside sales activities.
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel including occasional overnight stays.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of successful SMB sales experience.
  • Experience selling to restaurants hospitality food & beverage or related industries.
  • Experience working in a field sales environment with face-to-face customer interactions.
