As a Home Expert Associate (Sales Associates) youll be the face of Article helping every customer feel welcomed supported and confident in their choices.

This is our first US-based store and were excited to be based in the heart of San Franciscos design district and become part of the local community.

Hiring Process:
Video Interviews: June 24th- July 2nd In-person Interviews: July 7th & 8th Training Schedule: Start July 27th
Types of Employment:
Full-Time Employees Hours & availability: 40 hours a week 5 shifts a week
Part-Time Employees Hours & availability: Regularly work fewer than 32 hours a week and no guaranteed minimum hours/ shifts.

As a Home Expert you have a passion for helping customers create beautiful spaces in their homes. You are up to date on the latest trends and seek out ways to inspire and delight our customers. You have a proven ability to drive sales and deliver on KPIs.
Welcome customers into the showroom and help them feel at home
Guide customers through our furniture selection and support ordering
Stay informed about our products tools and policies to support customer confidence
Keep the store looking beautiful and organized throughout the day
Use internal systems to manage orders support returns and navigate logistics
Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a respectful team-first environment
Participate in regular coaching and feedback with your Store Manager

Requirements:
Authorized to work in the United States
Completion of a criminal background check
Reliable transportation to 2299 Alameda St San Francisco
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times
Minimum 18 years of age
Customer Experience:
You bring retail experience ideally in a considered-purchase environment where customers take time to compare and decide
Youre passionate about helping people and love solving problems
You build strong genuine relationships that create long-term Article customers
Work Style:
Youre resilient adaptable and enjoy being part of a collaborative fast-paced environment
