We are looking for an ambitious Sales Consultant with strong drive excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

• Guide customers through the car-buying process with honesty transparency and a high level of professionalism.

• Actively listen to customer needs to help them select the right new Ford or quality pre-owned vehicle.

• Perform vehicle walk-arounds and conduct test drives.

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with buyers following up to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat/referral business.

• Learn and stay up-to-date on new Ford models options and vehicle technology.

• Maintain a clean organized workspace and a professional personal appearance.

• Experience: No previous sales experience required! We will train the right candidate.

• Driven & Self-Motivated: Strong work ethic with a desire to learn grow and achieve performance goals.

• Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport easily listen actively and speak confidently with customers from all walks of life.

• Positive Attitude: Upbeat team-oriented and dependable.

• Valid Drivers License: Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a standard background check.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish): A plus but not required!
